Do not travel unless you have flexible nature. There is no way to plan something to meet your expectations perfectly, and often the best adventures we have are those we have not planned at all.
But it is still very difficult not to be disappointed on occasion.
Or maybe like Twitter user Jenny Kershaw, a completely different spa experience than you expected:
Kershaw shared two images side by side by advertising their hotel in Vietnam, one of the actual pools on their arrival, and it's the perfect example of why we should keep our hopes low rather than high.
The company Kershaw booked by posting their viral Tweet and offered to work things out – I magically guess they transport a less terrible pool in a way? But she seems to find it wittier than anything else:
Hi Jenny, our support team can definitely look at this and see you at one Help complaint. We recommend that you send the photos to email@example.com stating your confirmation number. Our team will contact you as soon as possible.

But other people have pointed out that they should have been able to see the size of the basin on the site, though probably not its cloudiness:
Yes, this one. The plants on the side make the dimensions of the pool unique. Unless you think they are Amazon trees.

The mind plays tricks on us. You see a shiny blue pool on a roof and you expect something more than what is presented.
And you get that instead:
And people pointed out that it could have been worse:
You just have to chase these pool dreams!
Even if they are empty
