Family stories eventually become mythology, especially the stuff we do not live on. For example, the night your parents met. If they're around, they probably told you something about a edited version, and we remember it for its meaning. The beginning of you. But Twitter user @_adrxante changed the game with this anecdote:
Nobody could believe that someone was chatting with a random guy calling them from prison, but @_adrxante insisted it was true:
Their story really exploded, so she called to her people telling them their love story was viral gold.
People still did not believe her, so she showed that she had tweeted the same story for a while:
It does not t prove that the story is true, but at least it is consistent. And when her father came out of prison, he visited the woman who had become his pen pal.
She asked her father whom he wanted to call all those years ago, but he "I could not remember."
But he covered it up with this sweet message:
