10 ways your body changes with age

Aging is something that many people do not like to think about or talk about – but while society has made it something to avoid and fear, we welcome the changes that come with each passing year. The truth is that these changes, though frightening, are perfectly normal. Here is what to expect.

1. As we get older, we can not eat like a garbage container without consequences. The days when McDonald's will be inhaled every weekend in the early 20's will change soon, as our Bodie can not come back so quickly. When the '30s come, we have to pay more attention to our junk food intake!
