Aging is something that many people do not like to think about or talk about – but while society has made it something to avoid and fear, we welcome the changes that come with each passing year. The truth is that these changes, though frightening, are perfectly normal. Here is what to expect.
1. As we get older, we can not eat like a garbage container without consequences. The days when McDonald's will be inhaled every weekend in the early 20's will change soon, as our Bodie can not come back so quickly. When the '30s come, we have to pay more attention to our junk food intake!
2. In a relative, one of the reasons for a need for a lifestyle change is due to a slowing of metabolism. In our thirties, we experience the onset of bone and muscle wasting, which means we need to train and feed more.
3. Collagen breaks down. The skin is less firm and taut, and the breasts are less lively. This failure can lead to fine or too deep lines. But wrinkles are nothing to be ashamed of – they point to wisdom and also beautify your smile with expression.
4. Cellulite and dimples show up and exaggerate in times of aging. Cellulite has nothing to do with weight loss and is a genetic tendency to get trapped under the skin. Creams may help temporarily, but what's the point? Include the wobbly!
