On a bright summer morning, people from a small town in Idaho enjoyed their coffee and prepared for work when they heard something out of the ordinary. They heard the bleating of dozens of goats eating their way through the city. As it turns out, this is the goat's job: lawn care. However, these goats were not hired to clear the whole neighborhood.
Who needs a lawnmower?
When people want to remove weeds and garbage from their large land and gardens, there are some options for them. They could lay down some herbicides, dig them out with a bulldozer, pick them up, or rent goats. That's right, hire goats. Goats eat everything, and the great thing is that they can digest everything, so they are especially equipped to clear large plots of land.
There goats are rented. We Rent Goats, based in Boise, Idaho, rent out their goats to help landowners overcome major problems. That day, the goats decided they would not wait for someone to hire them. They got to work.
The goats at We Rent Goats did not have enough to do with their time, so they trampled their fence and got to work. More than 100 goats plowed through the small neighborhood and ate everything in sight. They worked for free!
They did not care that they were not paid with money because they were paid in weeds and grass. What could be better for a constantly hungry goat?
When the people of We Rent Goats found out about their renegade workers, they arrived in their trucks to collect them. Members of the neighborhood teamed up to rest the goats on a meadow to make it easier for them travel home.
The goats were happy to go home after a filling morning, and everyone in the neighborhood laughed well. Nobody was upset about the goats and their turf, and We rent goats I got unintentional advertising. A productive morning!
