It could be as easy as sitting in the sun for 15 minutes and drinking some vitamin D. The best time to sit in the sun with the lowest risk of skin cancer is in the middle of the day. If you have sun sensitivity, stick to oral vitamins. Some powerful antioxidants that help with anti-aging are selenium, vitamin E, vitamin C and omega-3.
To sleep your beauty
Most people need 7 to 8 hours sleep per night, but we know that does not always happen. Going to sleep late and waking up early causes noticeable changes in look and feel. Research from Harvard Medical School shows people who go to bed An hour earlier than usual, they have positive changes in their blood pressure. Sleep well at night can reduce the risk of heart disease.
