Another very useful thing you can do is do some light morning exercises that will make your blood flow and get your body moving. It's a great way to really wake up and get into the right attitude to prepare for the day ahead.
1st neck stretches
Most people today regularly suffer from neck pain and neck stiffness. We spend too much time with the laptop and our phone and that strains our neck. 2nd shoulder release
We also tend to put a lot of tension in the shoulders and upper back. To shake off some of this stress, try performing the classic windmill exercise or shoulder rotation clockwise and then counterclockwise. Yoga for shoulder clearance is also a good option.
3. Jumping Jacks
Jumping Jacks are a classic for a reason. This exercise will get your whole body moving. They jump up and down and move their arms and legs. Nothing wakes you better than a lap jumping jack.
