1. An unusual sight
In 1972, the Royal Australian Air Force completed a routine flight through a remote part of Papua New Guinea, which at the time was part of the Australian Commonwealth. It was an average day and everything seemed normal at first, but then something happened that would change everything.
At first, the people in the helicopter did not know exactly what they saw. It was an unusual sight because they lay deep in the forests of Papua New Guinea. All they could see for miles was a solid green paintbrush, but then something white and strange appeared before them.
